On Monday, February 24th, the students of Grace Lutheran Church in Dodge Center presented to their parents and others who are interested in getting their kids registered for next year, a science fair showcasing what they have worked hard to learn.
Currently the church holds classes for pre-school to 3rd grade, but they want to know if there is interest in having a 4th grade class to add to the curriculum. Your comments and suggestions are welcome. Registrations are being taken starting now for next year's enrollment. The kids were so cute as they stood beside their desks, and people came by and asked questions about their projects. I was impressed just listening to them explain why they chose the project they did, and how grown up they sounded when answering the questions. There were treats for everyone who attended, and a talk to the parents and interested parties of what to expect if they chose to enroll in a Christian based educational program. The school has grown over the years, and is a wonderful addition to the community.
