On February 28 the Triton FFA Chapter hosted their annual Steak Feed appreciation meal at Faith Community Church in West Concord celebrating the 25th year of being a chartered chapter. The Steak Feed is hosted each year to give complementary appreciation meals to our donors and supporters along with opening the doors for the community to join us. Between serving 214 donor meals, taking care of the volunteers that helped with the night and feeding the members, everyone that came that night got a meal and there were no leftovers. The event was a sell out with 525 steak meals gone and 20 hot dog kid meals.
As part of the celebration of 25 years, there was a door prize that was given away at the end of the night. It was a framed official FFA jacket signed by the 2025-2026 members and won by Joyce McMartin. There was an opportunity to sign 25th anniversary shirts as well for former Triton members, one for West Concord and Dodge Center members, and one for greater MN and other state members.
In order to put on an event like this you need a network of individuals, organizations, and businesses to assist you. The Triton FFA would like to thank the following for their role in putting on the steak feed:

Nate Hamm for operating the grill
Brandon Wolf for assisting with the cashiers table

And a huge thank you to all of the donors of the corn and soybean drive that help us fund our events throughout the year!
