Exciting things are happening at the West Concord Municipal! With new expanded events and updated hours, the Muni is becoming an even more vibrant gathering place for our community and the surrounding communities.
Beginning March 23, the Muni will operate under new hours: Closed Mondays; Tuesday–Thursday 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.; Friday–Saturday 11:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m.; and Sunday 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Manager Kim Gruber has settled into her role and is already helping take the Muni to new levels. She has been organizing a variety of events aimed at bringing friends and neighbors together, including Euchre tournaments, music bingo, horse races, live music, and more, with additional activities planned throughout the year.
Upcoming events include:
• Music Bingo – March 17
• Euchre Tournaments – March 14, 21, and 28
• Live Music with Andy Tackett following the Spring Fling – May 9
The Muni has already seen great participation this winter with events like a chili cook-off, Super Bowl party, and live music nights, drawing community members together for food, fun, and entertainment.
Looking ahead to spring, the Muni will also welcome back food trucks, offering even more variety for visitors. If you have a favorite food truck, let Kim know and we’ll see if we can book them.
Be sure to follow the Muni on social media and check the city website for the latest updates and event announcements. Whether you're stopping in for a game, live music, or simply to connect with friends, there’s always something happening at the West Concord Muni.
